About Me

Executive Coach, Speaker, and Inspiration for Mindfulness in Business
With a strong entrepreneurial background and Spirit — my parents ran a shoe store in Münster — I quickly climbed the career ladder after completing my studies. At the Swedish fashion company H&M, I grew from being a manager to a leader responsible for 1,700 employees and a nine-figure revenue.
As a counterbalance to my fast-paced professional life, I discovered yoga and completed a Kundalini Yoga teacher training alongside my job. After 23 years, I turned off the lights in my office for the last time and embarked on an 800 km pilgrimage — a journey of self-discovery. Today, as a certified Executive Coach, I help companies and leaders navigate their transformation processes with courage, humanity, and success.

  • 2009–2021: Took on the first leadership role within the company and later progressed to positions such as Area Sales Controller and Area Sales Manager, overseeing 1,300–1,500 employees
