The idea of bringing teams into nature, away from their usual conference rooms, first inspired me when I was working as an Area Sales Manager at H&M. Back then, I retreated to the Harz with my team for a few days to focus on important topics. Those days provided us with a foundation to view complex challenges from a new perspective and return to our dynamic daily routines with fresh insights.
